Paulo Bettini at Risibisi

Another Big Night: Back in December, Risibisi restaurant celebrated its opening with a “Big Night” soiree attended by actor Tony Shalhoub. For fans of the Amgen Tour of California, last Monday, Feb. 19 was an even bigger night. The entire Quick Step cycling team, including world champion and Olympic gold medal winner Paolo Bettini, came to Risibisi after the finish of the stage from Sausalito to Santa Rosa. Bettini presented Risibisi chef Fabio Flagielli with a signed world champ jersey. An observer said the diminutive Bettini has quite an appetite. “He’s tiny, but that boy can eat! “If I ate like that, I’d weigh 250 pounds,” said Bob Cullinan. “I guess it helps to ride 20,000 miles per year.”
