Sunday, Oct. 5Guests arrive at the Poggio dei Medici Resort
in Scarperia (Florence) and are escorted to their luxury rooms where
they will reside for the next three nights. ** Private transfers
to/from hotel/airport are available at an additional cost. Please

Afternoon free to relax by the pool, in the Resort Spa, play a round of Golf or catch up on some sleep.
7.30pm Join us for Cocktails and a Tuscan Welcome Dinner in the Resort restaurant.
Monday, Oct. 6Buffet breakfast at Poggio
Resort. 8.30-9.00am Tee times at Poggio's championship course. Non
golfers have the morning free to relax or explore nearby Mugello or
Florence.
3.30pm guests depart for Florence
(15 minutes away) and are treated to a guided tour of this enchanting
Rennaisance city which culminates with a visit to the Galleria
dell`Academia site of Michelangelo's masterpiece "The David". This evening's dinner will be served in Firenze's Trattoria Pandemonio.
Tuesday, Oct. 7Buffet breakfast at Poggio
Resort. 8.30-9.00am Tee times at Poggio's championship course. Non
golfers have the morning free to relax or explore nearby Mugello or
Florence.
3.30pm guests depart for Florence
for an afternoon dedicated to shopping and more sightseeing. A
traditional Tuscan Dinner wil be served in the historic center of
Firenze.
Wendesday, Oct. 8Buffet breakfast at Poggio Resort.
9.30am guests depart Poggio to enjoy a day in the hills of the Chianti region of Tuscany. Our first stop is in the town of Greve and a visit to the Castello di Verrazzano Winery.
Following a guided visit of the Castello guests will enjoy a light
Tuscan lunch accompanied by the winery's world renowned Chianti wines.
Thursday, Oct. 9Buffet breakfast in Hotel.
8.30am departure to Golf Club Perugia. Non golfers have morning and afternoon free to relax in hotel or explore nearby attracions.
5.00pm
guests depart for Cortona and after a guided tour of the historic
center of this gorgeous hilltop town (site of the movie Under the
Tuscan Sun), dinner is served at the ristorante Il Loggiato overlooking Piazza della Repubblica, the main square.
Friday, Oct. 10Buffet breakfast in Hotel.
9.00am guests depart the Relais with guide for a visit to the town of Montalcino. After a visit of Tuscany's most famous "Wine Town" we proceed to perhaps Tuscany's most famous winery, Castello Banfi
for a light lunch and a sampling of their famous Brunello and Rosso
wines. Following lunch we visit the Castello's wine cellars.
Afternoon we return to the Relais for some relaxation.
4.30pm departure to nearby Avignonesi Winery for a hands on fun Tuscan Cooking Class followed by dinner and more wine tasting.
Saturday, Oct. 11Buffet breakfast in Hotel.
9.30am departure from Relais along the banks of Lake Trasimeno to Assisi. Following a guided tour of the medieval city and the Basilica of San Francesco, lunch is served in nearby Torgiano. In the afternoon guests visit the Wine Estate Lungarotti and enjoy a wine tasting as well as a tour of its Wine Museum. Guests proceed to the town of Deruta and visit an artisan ceramics factory where local artists will demonstrate their craft. Return to Relais to relax.
8.00pm Dinner transfer to nearby Corte dei Papi.
Sunday, Oct. 12Buffet breakfast in Hotel.
9.30 departure for a guided tour of Siena.
Lunch is served in a traditional Sienese restaurant in the historic
center of town. Afternoon dedicated to shopping and more sightseeeing
of what is considered by many as the most beautiful city in Italy.
8.00pm Gala Arivederci Dinner served in the Villa Baldini's refined restaurant. It promses to be a memorable evening.
Monday, Oct. 13Buffet breakfast in Hotel.
